One HR Professional’s Journey and Return to Herself
Liliya Sayvch is an HR professional who fled Ukraine but then returned to her homeland. Overcoming her fear, she embarked on a true leader’s journey: Being true to herself and anchoring her security from her inner world.
We spoke after she’d spent time in Dublin, Ireland recovering her clarity and inner confidence. From my discussions with Ukrainians inside and outside the country, I have observed that there is more fear if you’re outside, fearing for those inside the country. There’s an inner process one goes through to make sense of being ripped from your homeland, torn between two poor scenarios.
